Allen Daviau, ASC is hosting a 35mm screening of the Universal Pictures film
The Wolfman for his Cinematography 5 Seminar on Thursday, February 18th at 1PM. There will be a Q&A with the film's Director of Photography and Art Center Film alumnus, Shelly Johnson, ASC.
Cinematographer and award-winning painter Shelly Johnson, ASC has shot over fifty feature and television projects, including
Tales from the Crypt,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II,
Jurassic Park III,
The Last Castle,
Hidalgo,
Sky High,
The House Bunny and many others.
The Wolfman, a "reimagining" of the 1941 horror classic, is directed by Joe Johnston, written by Andrew Kevin Walker and David Self, and boasts an all-star cast including Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Hugo Weaving, and Emily Blunt.
This event is open to the entire Art Center community, as space allows.

Waking Sleeping Beauty tells the story of Disney's unparalelled success with animation during the halcyon years of 1984-1994. Disney and others. The guerilla cameramen capturing the drama include former Disney animator and current Pixar chief John Lasseter!
